Burnbrae Farms supports United Way’s local work

United Way Perth-Huron’s annual campaign raised over$1.92 million and part of the reason was the support of Leader Match donors such as Burnbrae Farms. Leader Match donors donate $6,000 or more to inspire others to give at the Leadership level of $100 per month.

“Burnbrae would like to congratulate United Way on a successful campaign,” said Will McFall, Industry Relations, Producer (Ontario) at Burnbrae Farms.

“We appreciate Burnbrae’s commitment,” added United Way Campaign Co-chair Martin Ritsma. “Egg farmers across Perth and Huron have their eggs processed through Burnbrae Farms, so it’s great having them on board. Their donation sends a signal to other businesses in the agricultural sector that United Way is a great way to support the most vulnerable.”

United Way is committed to addressing important local issues and creating brighter futures for vulnerable local people. Last year, over 34,000 people across the region received help from a United Way supported program or service.
