Chef Nathan BrownAbout Chef Nathan Brown

After graduating from Georgian College in Barrie, Nathan went on to work for The Ritz Carlton Hotels, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Wynn Hotels & Resorts, allowing him to train with some of the world’s top chefs while executing premier events and working in top restaurants. He is passionate about his craft and his ingredients. Nathan is back home to pass on what he’s learned in Bermuda, Dubai, Macau, Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai, Kyoto, Bali and Vancouver. He is currently the Executive Chef at the St. Marys Golf and Country Club.
