Tim Hortons is offering a new way to spread kindness this holiday season with a new Holiday Smile Cookie campaign and United Way Perth-Huron is among the organizations benefiting.
From Monday, November 13 through Sunday, November 19, people can go to Tim Hortons restaurants in Blyth, Clinton and Seaforth to pick up the new Holiday Smile Cookie for $1.50 each, with proceeds from sales of the tasty treat split 50/50 between United Way’s Urgent Needs Fund and Tim Hortons Foundation Camps.
“We are pleased to support United Way’s Urgent Needs Fund and Tim Hortons Foundation Camps,” said Dan Moynihan, owner of the Tim Hortons in Blyth, Clinton and Seaforth. “We know the important services of both organizations and encourage the entire community and region to join our team in providing important funding for their efforts.”
“We’d like to thank Dan and Tim Hortons for supporting our Urgent Needs Fund through the Holiday Smile Cookie campaign,” said Michelle Millar, United Way Manager Community Development. “The Fund is incredibly important for the local community and can mean the difference between someone having to choose between going hungry or paying a bill, or choosing between a car repair they can’t afford or losing a job. We encourage everyone to buy a cookie when you stop in for your daily coffee and know that through this simple act, you are helping a neighbour, friend or family member in a time of immediate need. And if you’re an office or company, consider ordering enough for your staff.”
For bulk order forms, organizations and companies can contact Michelle Millar at 519-440-6137 or email mmillar@perthhuron.unitedway.ca. Order forms can also be found HERE.

In 2023 alone, the Smile Cookie campaign raised over $19.7 million for charities across the country. This is the first year for the Holiday Smile Cookie.
The Tim Hortons Holiday Smile Cookie is a delicious, white chocolate chip sugar cookie that’s infused with red and green sprinkles and adorned with a hand-decorated smile.
