Apply for Funding

Program Review and Allocation Committee (PRAC)
The Program Review & Allocations Committee (PRAC) is made up of volunteers from both Huron and Perth Counties. PRAC members will act as liaisons between the UWPH Member and Granted Agencies and the Board of Directors. PRAC members review every Member Agency, Development & Demonstration Grant and Youth Grant funding application. The PRAC team spends a significant amount of time during application reviews to determine the areas of greatest need in our community. Their tasks include:
- Site visits or Citizen Reviews with agencies, when required
- Consider the funding available according to campaign projections
- Assess funding requests by considering:
- The optimum use of available financial resources of UWPH
- Proposals in relation to the UWPH’s priorities and funding criteria
- The policies and procedures of UWPH
- Determine funding recommendations for presentation to the Board of Directors
